Q: "I live in _____. Are you able to take on projects in my area?"
A: 4Winds Studio Interior Painting services the Halifax, Bedford, Tantallon, Mahone Bay, Lunenburg, Bridgewater, Chester and St. Margaret's Bay areas. However, on occasion we take on projects in Halifax and elsewhere in Nova Scotia. So don't hesitate to call and tell us about your project or just to ask a painting question. We're always glad to hear from you.
Q: "What kind of paints do you use?"
A: 4Winds Studio only uses premium paint brands. If you happen see a colour you like in a discount paint's catalogue, we'll simply match the colour and have a custom formula made in a top quality brand like Benjamin Moore. By using premium quality paints and finishes, we can be sure that your rooms and spaces will look great for years to come.
Q: "How do I work out the square footage of the walls and the ceiling in my room?"
A: For your walls, simply multiply the length and height of each wall to get the square foot total for that wall. In other words, if Wall #1 is 10 feet long and 8 feet high, that wall is 80 square feet. (i.e. 10 x 8 = 80)
Do this for each wall. Then add them all up and that is your square foot total for the walls in that room.
For your ceiling, multiply Length x Width. That will give you the square foot total for your ceiling.
